Fluentur Accelerate is not a training course. It is a 120-day incubator that puts you inside the decision-making environment of real businesses, with real mentors, under real pressure. The outcome is not a certificate. It is a portfolio of verifiable work that proves to any employer exactly what you can do.
Most post-graduation programmes solve the wrong problem. They teach more theory, add more certificates, or offer "placement assistance" that amounts to forwarding your CV to a database. None of this addresses the actual gap: graduates do not have experience making real decisions in real business environments, and they have nothing concrete to show for the years they spent learning.
Accelerate is built around three specific problems that almost every uncertain graduate shares: they lack direction, they lack exposure to how real businesses operate, and they lack proof of capability. The four sprints address each of these directly.
By Sprint 3 you are working inside a real local business, mapping their processes, identifying revenue leakage and presenting your findings to their founders. By Sprint 4 you are pitching real work to a panel of CEOs. No role play. No simulations. The actual thing.
You finished a degree without a clear answer to what you are actually good at, what roles exist that suit your strengths, or what the realistic path forward looks like.
You have never worked inside a real business, been in the room when a business decision was made, or received direct feedback from someone who has built something from the ground up.
You have a degree and possibly some certificates, but nothing you could slide across an interview table and say: I built this, here is what happened, here is what I learned.
Within 120 days, every participant will either have a clear, actionable career path backed by a verified portfolio and a network of real industry connections, OR they will have started generating income through their own venture. There is no certificate-only outcome here.

Accelerate is not for everyone. It is built for smart, motivated individuals who realise that college did not prepare them for a real career and are willing to do the uncomfortable work of changing that. It requires genuine commitment across 120 days. It requires showing up fully even when it is difficult.

Every cohort is capped at 20 participants. This is not a marketing tactic. It is a structural requirement of a programme that involves assigned businesses, individual mentor relationships and bi-weekly sessions with external founders. Beyond 20, the quality of each person's experience degrades. We will not sacrifice that.
Graduating in the next 6 months. Unclear on direction, unsure how to stand out, not confident the degree alone will be enough.
